For a long time, I’ve wanted to create an immersive event that merges art, food, and connection, and House Hunting was the realization of that vision. As the creative director, I oversaw every touchpoint—from conceptual development to execution—ensuring that every detail contributed to an intentional and transformative experience.

Inspired by Todd Hido’s photography—particularly his glowing images of homes at night—House Hunting explored themes of nostalgia, belonging, and the way spaces hold memory. The dinner was designed to evoke that same warmth and curiosity: a home lit from within, inviting guests to step inside, reflect, and connect.

Hosted at The Loren and Paggi House, this evening was created as a space where artists, creatives, and community members could gather, converse, and celebrate. Along with the thoughtfully curated spaces, we were lucky to enjoy a specially crafted menu for the night that added another layer to the experience, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. Working with Taylor Danielle Davis, we curated an environment where every detail—the materials provided by Bedrock Austin and Austin Floral Co. for the tablescape, the furniture provided by Panacea Collective, and the thoughtful arrangement of the space—encouraged both intimate moments and open dialogue.

A key element of the night was the experiential installation, featuring work by Anahita Bradbury, which invited guests to engage with the concept of House Hunting on a deeper level. The goal was to explore the spaces we inhabit—not just physically, but emotionally and creatively—and how they shape our growth and sense of belonging.

More than just a dinner, House Hunting was a gathering designed to leave a lasting impression, inspiring new ideas, collaborations, and a deeper sense of community. With the support of our amazing sponsors and collaborators, this night was just the beginning of what I hope will be many more experiences that bring art and conversation together in meaningful ways.

A special thank you to all our partners for making this night possible.
