Cake as Sculpture
Over the past two years, while grappling with creative burnout, I found myself drawn back to a childhood love, cake decorating. Looking at cake making as a sculptural study became a way to ease the creative burn while reconnecting to my inner child while experimenting with fun flavor combos for clients in a low-stakes (well most of the time) environment. Below are some of my favorite creations.
